MoFit is a gem of a studio in the heart of Mount Albert. With only four reformers it has an intimate feel, and the overall vibe (and disco ball on Friday nights!) make the classes feel more like an experience than a chore. I always leave feeling stronger and in a better mood. One thing I really appreciate is how the studio offers both live classes taught by Monique and video-guided sessions. Even in the video classes, Mo’s right there, helping with form, giving adjustments, and making sure you’re getting exactly what you need. Mo is a natural instructor. She’s supportive, upbeat, and knows how to push you in a way that feels manageable rather than intimidating. Her classes strike that balance of being fun and still genuinely effective. Although I enjoy working out, I've never liked going to the gym. So finding MoFit has been a game changer for me. With such a warm, welcoming environment, small group format and having the option of getting personal training from Mo herself or through video instruction allows for flexibility in scheduling and makes it very affordable. I’m new to exercising with a reformer, and my first class at Mofit was absolutely fantastic. Monique showed me exactly what to do—she guided me, motivated me, and challenged me in all the right ways.
