Safety and Liability

  • Waiver of Liability: By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that all physical activity, including Pilates, involves inherent risks (such as muscle strain or injury). You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, and you agree to release the studio and its staff from any claim.

  • Health Representation: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely engaging in our fitness programs. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before starting any new program.

  • Mandatory Disclosure: You must inform your instructor of any current or past injuries, illnesses, or if you are pregnant before the class begins. This allows us to offer you appropriate modifications.

  • Instructor's Right: For the safety and experience of all, the studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for group exercise or to ask a participant to leave due to disruption or safety concerns.


Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance

  • Cancellation Policy: A strict notice period of 12 hours is enforced for class cancellations.

    • Late Cancel: If a client cancels after the cut-off, they lose the class credit/session.

    • No-Show: If a client doesn't attend class without canceling, they lose the class credit/session.

  • Waitlist Policy: Clients are responsible for managing their waitlist status and are subject to the cancellation policy if they are promoted and don't attend.

  • Instructor Substitution: The studio reserves the right to substitute instructors without notice.

  • In case of inclement weather: If the studio calls a snow day, your credits will be returned to your account. You’ll be notified of any cancellations by both text and email.


Payment and Membership

  • Final Sale Policy: All class packages, introductory offers, and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared between clients.

  • Expiration Dates: Class packages have strict expiration dates (e.g., 3 months, 6 months) which are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are non-extendable.


 Studio Rules

  • Arrive on time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time to find parking, set up your equipment, and sign any necessary waivers.

  • Check in: You must check in and sign waivers before participating.

  • Grip Socks: Clients are encouraged to wear grip socks for all Reformer classes for hygiene and safety purposes.

  • Outerwear & Shoes: Kindly leave all outside shoes, coats, and bulky items in the designated lobby area.

  • Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Clients are encouraged to leave valuables at home.

  • Attire: Recommendations for form-fitting clothing that avoids bulky items, zippers, or hard clips.

  • Silence your phone: Phones should be on silent or turned off. Do not bring them into the studio room unless it's an emergency.

  • Clean your equipment: Use the provided cleaning supplies to wipe down the reformer after your session.
